We had blinds installed by this company over 20 years ago and was extremely satisfied. They now need replacing which is to be expected. We contacted them in November 2022 and are still waiting for them to be installed!! Countless phone calls countless “ok we will follow this up” really not good enough. Very disappointed this time. Just want an honest answer not to be told excuse after excuse.
From the first point of contact to quoting and the installation everyone has been friendly and great to deal and with no dramas, the way business should be. Our outdoor blinds have transformed our outdoor area in to a completely new living area. Blocking out the cold wind it's our new favourite place to sit in the sun out the back. If you're in the market for blinds I'd highly recommend getting in touch!
