My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. They claimed they made two delivery attempts, but that never happened. I live in a building with a leasing office and a lobby that allows delivery access all day, and we receive packages constantly without any issues. If they had actually come, they would have been able to enter. When I went in person to ask what happened, they didn’t take responsibility or try to solve the problem. Definitely not worth the money!
Take your business elsewhere. I paid for 3 attempts at service. After a single failed attempt they come back and ask me to provide an alternate address to try. Once I provide an alternate address they ask me to pay again for another 3 attempts! They say their policy is each different address requires another payment even if the new address is just a different unit at the same apartment complex!! This company was recommended to me and the experience so far has definitely been subpar.
