Save our vacation. If you are a frequent traveler to MV you know how the Fert can be.Was even able to rent a Jeep that could go on beach. Great service. Chris is Edgartown and Owner was wonderful. If you're considering renting this is place. 5 stars is not enough. Thank you for working with us.
Great new car. friendly service. However, they where hour and half late delivering car. We returned car exactly 24 hours later. No one was there to collect car upon returning. Charged $170 more for what was there fault. $376 for Mini Cooper for one day is already too much. Bad experience

Horrible service, I was clearly an inconvenience, and given attitude I didn’t need while enjoying a lovely vacation! Word of advice, apparently you should not book on their website and call ahead, to avoid experiencing a disgustingly rude attitude. I walked away, couldn’t stand the thought of supporting such a terrible business.
