Both the alledged owner Ronnie (Ronald Augustine) and his staff Justin Tavares disappeared completely a few days after I paid them in full. Thousands of dollars of equipment were purchased from them - including a $230 delivery fee. This business the money, skipped the scheduled delivery date without any notice and explanation, and have not responded to any call/text/voicemail until legal action is mentioned. When being requested a refund, Justin made clear that they no longer have the money.
DO NOT USE AA APPLIANCES! They have stolen $36,000 from our Company and we have not heard from them since March (six months). Not only unprofessional, but potentially criminal.
