The team at A & A antique restoration are artists and craftsmen. I have taken multiple furniture pieces for refinishing from simple to highly detailed antiques. Perfection!
Great place for wood furniture restoration. Very friendly staff that does quality work and it's conveniently located in Long Beach.
I've had a couple pieces restored both turned out beautifully. A inlayed coffee table and a singer sewing machine. When we picked up the sewing machine it was much lighter than I thought and wanted, so I called them. Very nice an said to bring it back in they would restain it at no charge. That is the way to run a business. I appreciated their customer service.
I researched a couple of restoration companies, reading reviews, and got a few quotes via email with pictures included. I finally selected A&A and dropped off the buffet. They re-quoted once they saw the piece in person. It was nominal and they explained the process. I got the buffet back today and it's beautiful. I am very pleased with the work. I recommend A&A Antique Restoration.
I filled out the request for quote on restoring a 100+ year old secretarial desk. I received an email the next day asking for photos of the furniture. I took photos and emailed them back that same hour I had received the request for a quote. Three days go by and I do not hear back from them. I then send an email asking them if they were going to give me a quote and if they did not want to do the job then let me know so I can find another vendor.
