I have been using this company for the past seven years. The manager Nikki is an absolute delight to deal with whether she is doing the actual cleaning, supervising or resolving a rare issue. Nikki did all the actual cleaning for the first few years exactly as I requested before her business expanded and has trained her girls to do the same.
