These guys go above and beyond. I came into the shop with a really old exterior door lock to be fixed for an elderly neighbor. Jess reworked his schedule that day to come to the house right away and fix it right there on the spot, and it was the first time they had met me. He didn’t do this because he wasn’t busy either, he received 3 work phone calls in the time he was there. He did it because they clearly offer the best service and are just great people.
