This was my first time. They are courteous, decent folks, who take time and guide you on every aspect of a van rental.
Leaving another review after a long time, and I'm super happy to be connected with this company. Very friendly and super helpful especially last minute. As an adventure guide it's important to have a van to fit alot of excited people. Highly recommend renting from this company as I have been with them since day 1 my business has been open! I really wanted to leave a 5 star review, the van was great and we had a great trip. But twice I was told something and then was told no that’s not right. I was told not to make a reservation and to just come on in, should have made the reservation. Then was told I could return it back from 8-5 yet when I return they said oh no we are going to charge you more for bringing it past 9 am.
