I really wanted to leave a 5 star review, the van was great and we had a great trip. But twice I was told something and then was told no that’s not right. I was told not to make a reservation and to just come on in, should have made the reservation. Then was told I could return it back from 8-5 yet when I return they said oh no we are going to charge you more for bringing it past 9 am. We are very thankful that we chose A1 Van Rental. The staff was unbeatable, we called quite often to ask questions and change reservations and they never made us feel like a bother. Definitely would return in the future if we're in the area
