Very pleasant and professional experience! We had 7 people in our group and everybody at A1 has been great talking us through all cons and pros of choosing a 7 minivan or a 12 passenger Ford Transit regarding comfortable sitting, luggage space etc. We went with Ford Transit in the end and it was a smooth and comfy ride (my first time driving such a big van and loved it)! I had a great experience with the team at A-1 Van Rental. My family and I rented a van for a weekend for an event in Arizona. Once we arrived to pick up the van, the team was very welcoming and had clear communication. When returning the vehicle, I missed to inform them of an early drop-off which was outside their normal operating hours. I did call and left a voicemail and Dave was a lifesaver to return the call instantly. Fortunately, I was able to leave the van there and drop the key in their Dropbox.
