We had 8 antique chairs recovered with material chosen under their guidance with the chair in sight. Took 6 wks . A disaster. Gobs of glue on the wood, on the piping , in the corners , lumpy padding, wrinkled material, bad stitching. They came , picked up and promised to make it right. Offered to change material, I was told no need, they take great pride in their work and they would make it right. Another 6 weeks, product slightly better.
