I had a bad experience with this tax preparer. In short, he failed to notice that I had already paid my IL taxes and failed to note and report this on my tax return. I only realized this when I received all of my paperwork from A-1. I contacted Irvin right away and he tried to brush this off as if this wasn’t a big deal.
