Great customer service for me as a newbie plumber – I am anew labndlord, doing a bunch of small plumbing repairs. I have gotten great service there. I asked some basic questions and he took them seriously and answered then ini a way Icould uunderstand. When I needed a new faucett at the end of the day, he took a half an hour after closing to show me various models and elucidate what was best for me. I hoghly recomend themm.

To call them not customer friendly is being kind to them. – Not recommended unless if you want to be insulted... I called them to find out if they carry a speicific plumbing part. They practically told me to buzz off.

A1 Plumbing - Not Very Customer Friendly – I found this firm to have little tolerance for "amateur" repair people. I needed a common part (flush handle and lever) for an American Standard toilet. Since I didn't know the part number or exact name of the part, I was told to call back later. After I called American Standard to get the info (very helpful on the phone) I come to find that they don't have the part in stock. No offer to order it or recommendation as to where I might find the part. Got the strong sense that I was an annoyance and interruption to this person's day.
