We recently moved and hired A-1 to move our bigger items. We were extremely impressed with their service, professionalism and kindness. Chris did a great job communicating when he would be at our home both for move out and move in. Our items were treated with respect and care. Each item was carefully placed in the moving truck, secured and padded with moving blankets as necessary. Thank you for making our move a little less stressful and providing great customer service!

We have used them twice and unfortunately, will not be using them again. Staff was late both times, I had to call into the main office to get updates on delivery (truck broken down both times) and staff was extremely rude upon arrival (2nd time) They also did not remove their shoes nor offer to wear booties and tracked mud onto my carpet, and seemed visibly annoyed when I asked them to remove their shoes or put on booties. On the upside, Items were moved with no damage.
