I've had no problems with Mr. Richard or mr.lee. They r very understanding when it comes to car insurance. I've been with them for years.
We have used Richard for several years for several different policies and typically only communicated around policy renewal time. Not much to say except that we recently switched agents and he has kept me as a point of contact for another policy my husband is involved in. When failing to reach the business partner who makes all decisions on that policy, he began calling me constantly after I told him I am not involved and please contact that other person.
