Today I visited with my brother Michael A1 Homes as we had bought from them in the past year from Sam who has since retired . We were pleasantly and enthusiastically greeted at the door with a big smile by this young man , Russell . He took us back to his office , brought us water , asked us questions to find out our needs and budget . We had the extreme good fortune of finding Russell at A1 Homes Splendora . He greeted us with warmth and cheer , took us back to his office and offered water ; much needed on a hot summer day. He made both my husband and I laugh with his jokes , helped us find our dream home . We had a trade in, through-out the was prompt and courteous in his communication. We went to A1 homes and Russell helped us find our perfect dream home and was absolutely fantastic , gave excellent customer service , communicated frequently and clearly and kept us in the loop . We are about to close . I highly recommend Russell for your housing needs . If I could give 10 stars,I would . He even found a dream home for my son-in-law and daughter.
If you’re looking for a place who won’t give you a price no matter what, who will make unnecessary comments about woman when you show up with you family and kids, a place who will spend half your time trying to sell you life insurance instead of tying to sell homes, a place who will blow up your phone after leaving for days and telling you about coming over to your home to sell life insurance or claim to be Buddhist for the whole time you’re there and after you leave then this is your place.
