Russell was very informative and friendly great place to visit. I have some good deals visit them on 59.
They post ads and lie about the price and call it "tactics" What else will they lie to you about.
Worst place to buy a home. Even after a year later after purchasing the home form them I'm just trying to get a simple question answered still has nothing has changed. Highly recommend to go anywhere else but here.
This place seems to be very shifty to me. Sales people are very friendly but I noticed that everything must be approved by the manager and he overrides any agreement that you may have made with the salesman. So why have sales people? Houses in their lot appear to be old and over priced. So I contacted a manufacturer out of Alabama and Kentucky that had modern homes and half the price.
