A few months ago, my Agency used A-1 Freeman Moving Group to deliver my household goods (HHGs) to my new home. This company is terrible when it comes to item delivery or costumer service. We had them deliver several large packages to our company and it was a struggle to work with them. They did not show up on the originally scheduled delivery date. After we rescheduled, they could not find the building to deliver to, despite us giving the drivers clear directions. The best customer service i have ever seen... they go an extra mile just to make a customer satisfied, very clean and organized yard, unlike other moving places, where i had to repair and replace tires from nails....God Bless you Guys, very happy for all your hard work and outstanding service A++++++
