Solomon is the most patient person I know. He never complained about the many changes of my mothers schedule and hectic life. I had only communicated with him through text as I didn’t live with my mother. On her last day with him, when I finally got to meet him face-to-face, I wanted to hug him. At that point, he felt like family. He was never late and took very good care of my mother and for that I am very grateful.

The best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. I don’t know if this is how they always show up, but they definitely showed out. They came prepared to meet our needs and safety transported my mom to her destination. They even waited around while they were registering her. I can’t say enough about how I appreciated their caring attitude. They will always be my go-to transport company for my mom!
Came out last minute and while the roads were iced over. Got my mom back home safely. I will only use this service. Everyone should only use this service!!
