PLEASE BEWARE of hidden fees my car was towed on Thursday around 3 and I went to pick up my car next day at 10 am and they were charging me for 48 hrs also they charged me 600 for admission or administrative the women who helped me I believe her name was ana ,she was very incompetent by saying I was charged for admission then for administration there is a difference , they make you pay even if you haven't sign anything before or haven't done anything to your car , is very sad to have people like them take advantage of people... read more
They were very helpful and my vehicle came out like new. Very good quality work, and they took care of us from the claims to the repairs. I will definitely keep them in my mind for any other repairs.
I was in a accident and a tow truck company that works with a-1 body shop offered to take my car free of charge they said they felt nice I didn't sign no papers and I went to take my car out to live somewhere else and I went and asked to take it and they said I had to pay 500-600 dollars just to get it out even though I was promised a free tow and they said they were being nice and waived 500 dollars more of fees for administrative paper work A female that worked there asked if I was going to write bad reviews because of my ... read more
