After dealing with this company, do not recommend. Very poor customer service. Giving them 2 stars, because eventually they made one of the situations right, but in a not nice way at all.
Order full set of appliances end of June this year, freezer came completely broken. A-1 refused to work on it and sent another company (us appliances repair) to check it out. After 10 visits to my house where I was given the beautiful window of 8am-5pm but always came closer to 6-7:45 pm nothing was fixed. After spending two hours on the phone with numerous company's and threating to file a report to the BBB, A-1 decided to give me a new freezer. October 1st and still no freezer.
