I am blown away on how unprofessional their recruiting process is! I was really excited for an interview I had scheduled with the recruiter and I spent hours learning about the company. Well, after an hour of starring at my computer screen on Zoom, I contacted the recruiter if everything was okay and then if we could reschedule if needed be. Well 2 days later and still no answer. Unfortunately I see some similar reviews as well.

So I had an interview with 9ten and no one came. Called several times and no answer. Emailed them, no one answered. Wasted an hour of my day just sitting in a virtual wait room. I read a lot of reviews saying this company was sketch... well they confirmed every bad review. Really unprofessional

The entire team at 9Ten solutions is great. They all have great professionalism and personal skills. It is an upbeat environment and extremely positive.

darren walden is so unprofessional! I was on time for my interview but when I got there somebody else had an interview at the same time as me.. so I was waiting for 30 minutes.. He did not even bother to apologize for having me wait and the interview was literally 2 minutes because he only asked 1 question. He should have just had one interview and asked everything he wanted to know.. Such a waste of my time, energy, and money!
