I'm really happy with this app. It was quick and easy to install and I was even able to schedule same day training. A follow-up question the next day was answered quickly. Excellent customer service! Right now I'm just using the gift card feature but it's on my radar to use the loyalty rewards program, as well. I love that there are so many premade gift cards to choose from and a few other great gift card features that weren't available to us with the gift card function native to the ecommerce platform we use. I own an upscale women's boutique (brick and mortar plus online). I use heartland POS and woocommerce. I designed a unique rewards program that my current loyalty program (Marsello) couldn't handle. Outstanding customer service! We were in the process of migrating from Shopify to Heartland and needed assistance setting up 99mind for our customer points system.
