Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at this outlet. Both cashiers were on their phones from the moment I entered until I left, completely ignoring customers and showing a clear lack of professionalism. On top of that, the store was in a very poor condition — shelves were not restocked, and products were left scattered across the shop floor, creating a messy and unsafe environment. This reflects very poorly on management and overall standards. Immediate improvement is needed.
