The cashier was extremely rude，they even rolled their eyes at me and made a contemptuous "tsk" sound. The customer service was absolutely terrible.
The working employees are quite unkind. It's not just once or twice. We said we wanted to cancel the product because we brought it wrong, but they already counted it and said they couldn't cancel it. I haven't seen anywhere that I couldn't cancel. They said we had to wait for the manager for three hours to cancel the product. Then, The employee counted the other customers' products, canceled my item, and paid again. It was a very unpleasant experience.
