Very bad customer service....I'm very disappointed with the worst service..I buying a chocolate but it's look like expired...waste of my money!!
At around 2:40 PM this afternoon, I was queuing to make payment when another customer cut in line. The cashier did not address the situation and instead allowed the person who cut the queue to pay first. I raised this issue with the cashier, but the cashier just looked at me and ignored my concern, continuing to serve the customer who had cut the line. I hope the store can improve its queue management.

Got one very rude Malay manager... whenever we use the trolley to buy carton items...we will wait right in front of the outlet for our grab to arrived...she will always come n ask wer r u trying to bring the trolley when we literally waiting right in front of our outlet...she will accused us like we r trying to steal to trolley ...this is not the first time...it's every time when we try to use the trolley...never had this experience in any other 99 outlet...
Just your usual 99 speedmart outlet. It's located with the eco shop area. New outlet in sentosa. Very nice.
