STAFF DENGAN MANAGER MUKA MEMANG MASAM. DATANG PAGI KE TEMGAHARI KE PETANG KE MUKA MEMANG MASAM, KALAU MUKA ELOK TAKPA MASING MASING. HARAP PIHAK ATASAN AMBIK TINDAKAN LA DEKAT STAFF STSFF CASHIER NI ORANG NAK BELI BARANG BUKAN DATANG NAK GADUH.

All the other bad reviews were wrong. The reviewers is their competitors. Maybe from the next shop or whatever. The staff is kind and very helpful. Nothings wrong with the staff. Remember not to hear from one side unless you already try it by yourself.👍🏻

kalau boleh bagi 0 bintang dah lama bagi. worst staff and sv , idk if it was their first time working or what but literally messed up during payment. using credit/debit card for sumbangan rahmah product , while myKasih didnt deduct , even after refund , they put into myKasih instead of the credit card.. absolutely messed up and unresponsible .. take this seriously please and hoping the next customer wont experiencing this stupid situations/problems again .. both staff and sv dua kali lima je ..

Worst Speedmart experience to date. During peak hours, staff were blocking shelves, unhelpful when approached, and outright rude. One individual hogging at the toothpaste aisle the entire time pasting labels while customers struggled around him. Not in uniform, no sense of urgency, and completely oblivious to customers. If he is the manager, that is even more concerning zero customer awareness. Only one counter was open despite the crowd, resulting in unnecessary delays.
