Good environment
I visit this place quite often and have noticed a young man working here who is very shy. I checked with one of the other staff and learned that he is on the autism spectrum. I've seen a few customers get impatient with him, as he may not respond as quickly or in the way they expect. I sincerely hope everyone can show more kindness and empathy. I truly respect 99 for being inclusive and giving opportunities to individuals like him.
I went to this particular speedmart outlet on 7/11/24 (6:45pm) . There was no one at the counter nearby the cigarettes section. And the cashier on the other side of the counter couldn’t care less to at least ask us what do we need, till we are the one who needs to ask if theres anyone here at this side of the counter for after a few minutes since we need an assist for them to pick the item we want at the cashier area.
