I’m disappointed with my experience today. I regularly shop at 99 Speedmart, and all the staff are usually very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, today I accidentally picked up the wrong brand of item (RM3.40) and wanted to exchange it for two cans worth around RM13.70. Since I was buying more expensive items, I expected the staff to simply deduct the value of the returned item and let me pay the balance by card.
