Good customer services, they even help old folks with ecoss app installation and registration. Good people keep it up.
All were good except for this one staff probably the supervisor. I went here on 25.2.2026 at 8.45 p.m. There was a lorry sending things to the shop and he was probably receiving them. He was sitting at one of the counter while doing his work. I saw some papers on the counter. I asked if I could pay to him since the other counter got customers queuing. Instead of telling me politely to queue at the other counter, he made face and showed by hand gesture harshly. So rude
Bought items at 99 SPEED mart in Bandar Mutiara . SP. Charges around RM154.48 quit and I have request for the receipt and it seem the item Brand’s Essence of Chicken being charge twice !!!!. I have ask to recheck the item. The cashier name Daniel have refund thr balance about Rm 55.80 . The cashiers here need to be more careful more .
