Visited on Wednesday, 2-Oct-2024 after 9pm. Was appalled by the couldn't-care-less, not-my-problem, tidak-apa attitude of the bespectacled Indian (or mamak) boy staff. I saw one loaf of bread with a hole in the plastic bag, took it out of the shelf and passed it to him, told him to put it aside. He took it from me and immediately put it back on the shelf (in front) instead and said that's not necessary to put aside. Egregious! Obviously not the correct SOP to handle damaged merchandise.
