99 Speedmart at Netizen Cheras the manager (male )during night time today very worst in handling customer. Very rude behavior!!!! 😡😡
Went to the shop around 7pm. The queue was really long and there was only one cashier at the counter. Another staff member (female) was tagging prices while on a video call, which didn’t look very professional. The manager(male) I assume, was also not friendly and didn’t respond to customers’ questions politely
The store hv a lot of improvemnt which as clean enviroment and also a lot of new staff which is so friendly and also helpfull. Im a regular customer i also became friend with all the staff please keep this kind of srvis we need more good ppl

Clean. Staffs are helpful and good. Few customers complained about not much things and some no price tag which is the staff explained with respect they’re short of staff which is cashier & manager or supervisor each shift so they just try to put as many as can the goods on the display rack so customers can get what they came for. I came the other day on the time the lorry off loads the goods and i saw only 2 women staff pushing heavy metal racks. Management needs to take action about this.
