今天在贵店购物时，遇到了一次让我非常不愉快的消费体验。 当时我购买了一盒鸡蛋，但还没有完成付款，因为身上的现金不足，而且当时也没有带手机。我只是想将还没有付款的鸡蛋退回去，但收银员的服务态度非常差，不仅脸色非常难看，而且直接用很不耐烦的态度告诉我“退不了”。 我可以理解店里可能有相关的规定，但既然商品还没有付款，为什么不能妥善地向顾客解释清楚？完全没有必要用这种态度对待顾客。 我希望贵公司能够认真了解当天的情况，并给我一个合理的解释，同时也希望贵公司能够加强员工的服务态度及培训，避免类似情况再次发生。
Very disappointing service. Around almost 9pm today I tried to pay a bottle of drink using CIMB QR(Coz i didn't bring my wallet) but was told only Maybank or TNG is accepted. While trying to fix my TNG issue for a short time, I decided to cancel the purchase to avoid delaying others. Dear 99 Speedmart Management, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unpleasant incident that occurred today, December 28th, at approximately 5:30 PM at your Country Garden Central Park outlet in Johor Bahru.
