I purchased a pack of Nestle Omega plus 1kg milk powder where the brochure shows got one free bowl bag. When claim at counter, the cashier search then said finished and direct tear and throw the brochure with unfriendly face. But when I go another branch nearby, the cashier very friendly to tell that they are plenty of stock. This is first time I have bad experience at 99 Speedmart.
