Every time you want to buy something urgently, the item will not be there. Recently I tried doing my monthly provision, out 11 items 5 items were missing. Needs a desperate upgrading.
On 14/04/2026 at around 10:50 AM, I encountered very poor service from the Malay (girl) cashier on duty. She showed a lack of basic courtesy and professionalism when attending to paying customers. There was no greeting, no eye contact, and her tone came across as unfriendly and dismissive. Customer service is a basic expectation, and this experience was disappointing. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves staff training to ensure better service in the future.
