I would like to give some feedback about one of the supervisors at Speedmart. I’ve noticed that he rarely smiles or says “thank you” to customers, even when they thank him first. As a supervisor, he should understand that his attitude — especially in the morning — can set the tone for others and affect the overall atmosphere in the store. Please check balik cashier .tak tahu la supervisor ke apa tapi saya tak pernah dapat cashier kurang ajar macam dia (perempuan pakai cermin mata ) jadi cashier pada 4/10 .Dia pakai baju kemeja maksudnya dia ada jawatan sebab selalunya staff biasa dia bagus layanan . Cara cakap dengan customer macam nak cari gaduh ! Senyum tu jauh sekali .lepas je layan customer dengan muka bengis tu terus main fon ! Nampak x bagus . Mak saya yang tua pun dia cakap kurang ajar !
