Akak sekalian, customer mana pun yang datang, tolonglah practice buat muka manis sikit eh. Kalau customer lari, amacam? Orang jenis macam ni tak patut serve customers tau. Kalau senyum pun berat, baik tukar kerja lain yang tak perlu berdepan dengan customer.
Staff perempuan kan mmg tak pandai jaga mulut. Tgh ada customer membayar di kaunter, boleh pula korang bercerita mengumpat customers lain yg dh keluar kan... Tak malu ke??? Tahu lah perangai korang buruk, tpi soroklah sikit, jangan sampai memalukan & menjatuhkan nama tmpt korang berkerja siang malam cari duit.
