I’ve always shopped at 99 Speedmart for convenience, but today’s experience was honestly one of the worst I’ve had at any retail store. The cashier’s attitude was unbelievably unfriendly — no greeting, no eye contact, and every word felt like it was thrown at me with annoyance. I wasn’t expecting VIP treatment, just basic courtesy. Cashier too busy to entertain customer. Mykasih counter cannot provide balance after payment. Not friendly for elderly that unable to access for balance checking.
The cashier of 99 gave me this much money.And when I asked him to change, he angrily told me that it will work now go away.
The worst speedmart around Kulai.. whenever we want to shop here,the area will be super messy and dirty.. they'll stack the goods only after all the goods are not there..poor management team and workers are super rude as well...tis will be last to shop here... normally will spend my groceries here with at least RM 500 here..now no more here
