The owner should consider closing the shop as all the staff there are unhappy and give customer terrible service and unpleasant experience.
Cashier who were busy playing with cat appeared extremely unpleased because I want to make payments.
Very bad experience at this Speedmart branch. Only one counter open even when the queue was long. Staff were slow, unfriendly, and didn’t care about customer service at all. Worst part — they didn’t even accept card payment! In this day and age, not having proper payment options is just unacceptable. Totally disappointed.
