The staff was very rude, unprofessional, and judgmental, especially when I attempted to pay using my IC. They pretended to check and claimed there was no balance. However, I was able to use the same IC to make a successful payment at another store immediately afterward
The manager is very rude, inpatient after one scan of MyKasih cannot proceed direct return IC to me. She even warned me to inform her next time if paying with IC or not. Please take note and improve your staff management.
The manager had a very bad attitude. I asked her about the receipt because her staff didn’t give it to me, but the manager told me to look for the receipt in the rubbish.
