There was a Malay girl staff who forced us to pay with our own money instead of allowing us to use my Kasih, we specifically asked her whether these items could be paid using MyKasih,and she confirmed that they could. However, during checkout, she purposely combined all the items into a single transaction and refused to let us use the MyKasih subsidy for the eligible items.
