I wanted to pay with cash at physical store but they told me something like "manager not here, so cannot scan". WHAT.DO.YOU.MEAN. just scan a code to pay only.... service is terrible

Sangat kecewa dengan layanan staff di sini. Staff tidak membantu langsung bila saya minta untuk batalkan barang yang tersilap ambil. Seorang cashier asyik bermain telefon sambil duduk ketika bekerja, dan beberapa staff bercakap dengan nada kasar. Ini langsung tidak mencerminkan servis pelanggan yang baik. Tidak akan datang semula jika sikap staff tidak diperbaiki. saya dengan tidak sihat ingin membeli ubat, tapi cashier dah buat cmni, saya akan pastikan all my fmly xkan beli brg disitu lagi.

Usually this place is fine, sometimes goods is cheaper also, but today not a good experience, put a wrong price tag, price tag at RM15, but price at counter shown RM18, refuse to sell at RM15, kinda understandable, but not a good experience since this is their mistake.. One of the worst 99speedmart, very slow on payment, buy 1 thing need to wait 5 to 10 mins, ridiculous
