The malay guy staff really rude la . Please train your staff well ya . We like to buy things at 99 cuz cheaper than other shop but the staff really rude . I want to cancel item , but he say cannot. Actually can cancel but he very lazy and just brave to talk behind customer

Very dishonest indian female cashier. Gave an additional piece of RM50 on 16th Dec ard 5pm. Upon return, she has ended her shift. Went back and request them to reveal CCTV. Staff mention they have no access. We left our contact number but no follow-up. If the manager sees this post, please investigate this matter.
