I’ve seen the negative reviews about this outlet for a long time, and today I finally understand why. This is honestly the worst 99 Speedmart experience I’ve ever had. I don’t know how short-staffed this outlet is, but behaviour like this should not be acceptable in any retail store. Cheap prices do not justify rude and careless service. Very disappointing.

The two indian cashiers are incredibly rude. Always place the items roughly when scanning and gave a cold look. Extremely unfriendly and ruined my mood everytime i went there
There were two Indian women in the store who were incredibly unfriendly. They always had a sour face whenever I came in. There was even one time when I wasn't sure where the milk powder was, so I asked if they had it (dugro sure). They just said, "No, they don't sell it." (I don't know if it was disturbing her meal at the time) and gave me a cold look. Later, I went back inside to check and found them behind the cashier. It was terrible! I've never had such impatient staff anywhere else, especially in the service industry.
