I want to tell one thing ..... every time when you will go for Topup or even for TNB payment .... they always said .... System offline or Manager not available ... and at the same time only 2 mins walk, you will go to 7eleven they will make it in 30 seconds only ..... What a bad service.

The Indian cashier very ridiculous. I'm using my kasih for buying things. She never confirm with me that I still wanna continue purchase as I still have balance in mykasih. I ask for coolfever afterwards she never tell me that it is not a my kasih item and scanned that items. I told her I don't want. She claimed that pay faster and behind was queing up.
