i buat bayaran dekat kaunter baru tau card sy hilang , masa tu i cakap sorry dengan kaunter , perempuan kaunter itu muka x syok dengan sy sy cakap kasi belakang dulu dia marah dgn sy , masa i top up habis i minta maaf sama customer lain , kaunter cakap "x da duit jangan beli barang"
