Very bad experience at this 99 Speedmart outlet. On 24/3/2026 around 8:30pm, I was paying at the counter with my mum. The female staff (Indian girl) had a very poor attitude. When my mum asked if we could pay using coins (5 sen), she immediately said they already have a lot of coins and don’t want anymore. Our total bill was RM19.90, and we wanted to pay 90 sen in coins only (5 sen). But she refused to accept it and kept insisting she didn’t want coins. This is completely unacceptable.
