One staff completely ruin the vibe of this place. See, at first I thought my mom were exaggerate about this one particular staff that wear a black tudung for always being rude. But when is my time to shop there, who she happen to be around, my day ruined not only once but twice!! Staffs incompetency is real over there. One time for some reason my debit card wouldn't work there and I was force to switched to TnG, but unfortunately I didn't top-up it wallet. So I told the cashier to serve the other customers first, then of course this staff told me "I can't cancel your items with this machine." Are you serious? We live in 2025 and your little machine can't cancel previous scanned items?! I usually very patient towards staff because I work as a promoter, but this just plain pathetic.
Staff speedmart ni dari yang dulu sampai sekarang memang buruk perangai.. tak tahu la boss korang ni pilih staff mcmana.. yang sorang tu mulut masyaAllah.. mencarut 24jam x padan dgn perempuan.. sekarang dah masuk staff baru2 tapi sama je atitude mmg rosak. Mencarut,xde adab, biadab,rasa nk jerit dlm kedai tu dirang jerit je depan customer. Boss speedmart sni minta tgk sikit budak2 tu. Burukkan reputasi je!
