Sampai pukul 9.55 malam, register dah tutup dan tak boleh bayar. Roller shutter pun dah tutup. Tinggal satu pintu kecil je. Speedmart lain semua tutup pukul 10. Lepas pukul 10 baru staff tutup register. Dan pukul 9.55 dah ada staff pakai beg dan balik.
Very disappointing experience at 99 Speedmart Taman Klebang Putra. Despite the store not being busy, staff were inattentive and unwilling to assist properly. The Rahmah (IC) payment counter was not clearly managed, and instead of guiding customers, staff blamed me for not reading a handwritten sign. When I requested to cancel items, they refused to cancel the full transaction and only removed one item to avoid “disturbing” their system.
