I had an issue during my purchase at this outlet and the overall experience was disappointing. The response from the staff was not satisfactory. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and improve customer service.
今天的時間 4:50分。這家店有一個印族女同胞，負責收銀的，待客沒有很禮貌。服務顧客時全程黑臉，沒有笑容，也很粗魯的包裝顧客購買的產品。雖然99主打靠近便宜，員工卻沒有了親切笑容。工資應該沒有很理想的關係呢，還是工作量過大呢？？！主管，請注意。來的，都是熟客吶。。。
Staff tak cukup . Staff perempuan turun barang dari lori sorang sorang . Sampai ke malam perempuan tu sorang . Anything happen dekat staff tu , siapa tanggungjawab ? Banyak kali dah i sent the report dekat pihak soeedmart . Tapi semua tak layan .
Friendly staff, certain products was cheaper here compare to other supermarket.
