Saya ingin menyuarakan rasa amat kecewa dengan kualiti perkhidmatan di cawangan Jalan Permas 9. Sebagai pelanggan tetap, saya mendapati tahap operasi di sini sangat mendukacitakan dan perlu diambil tindakan segera. Berikut adalah masalah utama yang perlu diberi perhatian: Bekalan Air Mineral Sentiasa Tiada: Setiap kali saya ingin membeli air mineral, rak sentiasa kosong. Im not sacrifice with the pregnant staff working alone and she is a good serve good reply and the other staff doing what ? all not there at the mart. What all they doing ? And I ask the malay boy staff for the oil packets and they said didn't have but the government said all the mart has oil packets and not only that my one of my friend said the oil packets it's buy for their self staff not giving the customer and hides the oil and cheapest items.....dont let me report to the KPDN if doing like this

Rating: ⭐ Extremely disappointed with this branch. The shelves are constantly empty because the staff are too lazy to stock them. I’ve seen a male staff member playing on his phone multiple times while the stock sits in the middle of the aisle for days. Service is also poor—tried to pay my bills and Shopee here several times and it's always a hassle. I’d rather go to KK Mart; it’s slightly pricier but at least it’s clean, organized, and the staff actually work. Management needs to wake up!
