This was the worst experience I’ve had at a 99 Speedmart in Malaysia. Few staff members were rude and were talking among themselves about customers taking too long to shop. This was very unprofessional and made customers feel unwelcome. To make matters worse, they handled the merchandise carelessly, throwing full load carton boxes forcefully onto the floor. 店员（印度女生）说话非常没有礼貌 ，我说我想用sara被用很不耐烦的语气讲怎么不早说。 其他还有员工做东西慢慢来跟同事有说有笑在玩， 还有讲电话非常大声一边跟你结帐，或者直接无视你在柜台下面玩电话

每次去99都觉得很好，但是今天见鬼了，突然间被这员工骂，她很hot,说话的语气很不好。明明在counter,刚好有别的员工推东西进去，我肯定要让路给他过先的，但是 counter 的那位员工就很凶的骂我们。 遇到这个员工，真的被她搞到心情不好。无端端的被骂。我是有她的照片但是不知道她叫什么名字。。可是这里上转不到照片。
