"I had a disappointing experience with one of the female staff members at 99mart. When I forgot to bring cash, she refused to cancel the transaction, saying it was already input into the cashier system. Her attitude was unhelpful and rude, demanding immediate payment. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident. I've witnessed other customers receiving poor treatment from staff at this 99mart location. I hope the management can look into improving customer service standards and provide better training for their staff."
